What is the Self-Care Stash?
It’s our way of saying thank you when you refer new clients to Youbaby Skin Spa. For each new guest who completes their first appointment, you’ll receive a $50 credit toward future services (products excluded).

Is it cash?
Nope! The credit is not cash or a refund—it’s a discretionary discount applied to future treatments. Think of it as a little boost to your next self-care moment.

Can I use it for past services or get a reimbursement?
No. Referral credits are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously paid services or used as reimbursement.

What if I referred someone before the program started?
The program began in April 2025, so referrals made before that date aren’t eligible for credit.

Who decides how the credit is used?
We do. As a private business, we reserve the right to apply credits in a way that supports our team and community. We aim to be fair and consistent while keeping the experience positive for everyone.

Can I transfer my credit to someone else?
Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the referring client.
