Carbon Laser Facial is a great exfoliation, pore-reducing, skin-smoothing treatment that uses a carbon paste mask and low powered laser to lift away dead skin cells and stimulate collagen production. This treatment is also very effective for reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It’s amazing as a series or just as a “boost” for a special event (weddings, reunions, holiday parties).
PICO Genesis is designed to improve the appearance of unwanted freckles, sun spots, and age spots. PICO Genesis treatments make your skin appear lighter, brighter and more even in a series of three to four treatments. PICO Genesis is ideal for the face, hands and other body areas with noticeable signs of sun damage and excess pigmentation. PICO Genesis literally has no downtime, although you may experience mild redness and swelling for a few hours, you can resume your regular activities right away. Medical & Esthetical Tissue Activation – META Therapy is a new method for skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, skin hydration and skin restoration. It's a non-invasive treatment often called the “natural” face lift as it uses the skin’s own natural repair mechanisms to improve the quality, tone and texture. Tissue Activation Therapy creates micro-perforations in the skin to activate natural regeneration from the inside out – production of collagen and elastin is stimulated. Nutrient-rich serums are placed into the deeper layers of your skin where it will be the most effective. While trends come and go, advanced knowledge, skill and professional expertise (with a variety of techniques and looks) is what will always set youbaby apart from others in the industry.
Susan has once again proven her knowledge by receiving recognition from the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals for achieving the highest score on her certification examination among all who took it in 2017.

Kelly Ann Ingersoll is a licensed esthetician. She received her training at Longs Peak Academy. While Kelly is new to youbaby, she’s had a long professional relationship with Susan since joining Susan Melching Skin Care Professionals in 2004. After being out of state for a few years she re-joined Susan and the youbaby team in September 2017. Kelly handles the scheduling, product purchases and will answer any questions you might have. She is our expert for Tissue Activation Therapy treatments.
Kelly's aesthetic experiences include microdermabrasion, skin treatments, tissue activation skin rejuvenation therapy, and body contouring. She enjoys working with acne patients to help them feel more confident about their skin and addressing issues of anti-aging with patients of all ages. Seeing her patients get real results is very rewarding for her, and that's what keeps her motivated and why she loves what she does.
Dr. Michael Tracy, DO signed on with the youbaby team as medical director in October 2017. As director, he is available to us for ongoing advice, evaluation and inspection when needed. Dr. Tracy's passion is rehabilitative and physical medicine, and is the founder of Integrated Sports and Spine in Lafayette.
